About Kevin Gupta
Kevin K. Gupta is a civil litigation attorney and native of San Diego, California. Mr. Gupta specializes in representing real estate owners, managers, investors, and small businesses.
Mr. Gupta has over one decade of litigation experience representing some of the largest real estate developers, contractors, and investors in the United States. Mr. Gupta also advises real estate investors with regard to the day-to-day operations of commercial real estate and other real property investments.
Prior to founding his own practice, Mr. Gupta served as a civil litigation attorney in a nationwide law firm and a local San Diego boutique firm, advising and defending real estate and construction clients in many aspects of general liability, construction, and property management. Mr. Gupta also has significant litigation experience in premises liability, wrongful death, and catastrophic injuries. He has taken and defended over 600 depositions and has prevailed in high exposure litigation against some of the top law firms in Southern California.
Kevin K. Gupta graduated cum laude from California Western School of Law. During Law School, Mr. Gupta worked as a member of the California Western Law Review and International Law Journal. He likewise worked as a Research Assistant to one of the top International Law professors in the U.S, assisting with amicus briefing to the U.S. Supreme Court in human rights cases. Mr. Gupta also clerked inside the chambers of a Federal Judge, assisting with research and drafting judicial opinions. He obtained his bachelor’s in International Business from San Diego State University, where he served as President of his Fraternity as well as President of the Inter-Fraternity Council.
Outside of private practice, Mr. Gupta volunteers as an attorney for the ABA Military Pro Bono law program, providing legal assistance to active duty service members and veterans.
